Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law or where AlphaVector determines that a refund is appropriate due to a billing error, duplicate charge, or service access issue.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund fees already paid for the current billing period.
